Can we keep Tally?
Yes. MobiOffice can run alongside your existing Tally setup. Many customers keep Tally for accounts and use MobiOffice for production, quality, and insights during and after transition.
How long does implementation take?
Usually 2–4 weeks for a mid-size unit. Phased rollout means your production never stops during onboarding.
Can you import our existing masters?
Yes. Designs, yarn, machines, customers, and historical vouchers can all be imported. No re-entering data.
Will our supervisors actually use it?
Supervisors enter from their phone or a web browser on a shared screen. Training is in their language. We follow up after go-live to make sure adoption sticks.
Do you support mobile entry?
Yes. Production entry, machine status, taka grading, and dashboards all work on a phone.
Do you train in regional languages?
Yes. English, Hindi, and key regional languages depending on the cluster.
