The fastest way to reach us is WhatsApp.
Send your loom count, loom type, and cluster. We'll show you what MobiOffice looks like for your setup — on a call or a screen-share.
We reply within 2 hours during business hours (9am–8pm IST, Mon–Sat).
Send these five things and we'll have a relevant answer ready.
- 1. Loom count — how many looms are running
- 2. Loom type — water jet, air jet, jacquard, dobby, rapier, projectile, power loom
- 3. Location / cluster — city or textile cluster
- 4. Current system — Tally, spreadsheets, paper, other ERP, nothing
- 5. Biggest issue today — what's hurting most right now
Two minutes typing these means a relevant demo instead of a generic walkthrough.
Here's what happens next.
- Step 1 — We ask about your setup
Loom count, loom type, current workflow, what's working, what isn't. Usually takes 5 minutes on WhatsApp.
- Step 2 — We show you the relevant screens
A screen-share or phone call with the actual product running on a unit like yours. No pitch deck, no generic demo.
- Step 3 — We suggest a rollout path
Which modules to start with. How the full migration works — accounts, floor, and GST. How long onboarding takes. What training your team needs. All specific to your unit.
No forms. No follow-up email chain. Just WhatsApp.
Send us a note instead.
We'll still reply on WhatsApp for the conversation.
Got it. We'll WhatsApp you within 2 hours.
We've received your details. Our team will reach out on WhatsApp with relevant screens for your setup.
Honest answers to the questions you'll ask.
- Can we keep Tally?
- MobiOffice has a full financial accounting system built in — Chart of Accounts, A/R, A/P, credit and debit notes, the complete Sales Order → Delivery Challan → Invoice → E-way Bill flow, P&L, balance sheet, trial balance, and GSTN integration with IRN generation. Most customers migrate fully from Tally: accounts, inventory, and production all move to MobiOffice. Tally integration is available for customers who need a transition period or have legacy reasons to keep Tally running, but it is not the recommended path. The goal is one system for the floor and the books.
- How long does implementation take?
- About 10–12 weeks for a mid-size unit. We start with an AS-IS study, GAP analysis, and TO-BE sign-off (1–2 weeks) — many units use this as a chance to review their own processes. Master data clean-up and migration follow (3–4 weeks, the longest phase, depends on how quickly your team can share source data). Training runs in parallel toward the end. Phased go-live starts in week 9 — production tracking first, accounts + GST with the next filing cycle. Production never stops during rollout.
- Can you import our existing masters?
- Yes. Designs, yarn, machines, customers, and historical vouchers can all be imported. No re-entering data.
- Will our supervisors actually use it?
- Supervisors enter from their phone or a web browser on a shared screen. Training is in their language. We follow up after go-live to make sure adoption sticks.
- Do you support mobile entry?
- Yes. Production entry, machine status, taka grading, and dashboards all work on a phone.
- Do you train in regional languages?
- Yes. English, Hindi, and key regional languages depending on the cluster.
- What support do we get after go-live?
- WhatsApp-first support with a 2-hour response window during business hours. On-site help available for larger units. No ticketing system.
- Is our data secure?
- Your data stays yours. Daily backups, access controls per user role, and no third-party sharing. You can export everything at any time.
