From beam to fabric.
Nothing slips through.
MobiOffice tracks every step of your production line — design specs to finished taka. No more separate registers for beams, yarn, machines, and production. One system, live across shifts.

Four things that get easier on day one.
Less re-entry of design specs
Designs live in one place. Every new order pulls from them automatically.
Faster beam planning
Yarn requirements auto-calculated from design specs. No napkin math, no over-ordering.
Fewer calls across shifts
Shift output, machine status, and handover notes are visible without picking up the phone.
Clearer machine allocation
Which loom runs which design, live on your screen. No more confusion between shifts.
Your designs, one source of truth.
No more re-entering specs for every order. No more arguments about which version of a design the shift ran.
Store weave patterns, warp and weft yarn specs, GSM, cost factors, and speed factors in one place. Bulk-import designs via CSV when onboarding. Every new order pulls from here.
- Warp and weft yarn breakdown
- GSM, reed space, weave type
- Cost and speed factors
- CSV bulk import for migrations
A yarn tally that actually tallies.
When the books match the floor, you don't lose hours every month reconciling. And you never run a beam plan against yarn that isn't actually there.
MobiOffice tracks yarn at the carton level — every receive, every issue, every transfer, every return. The system tally and the physical count agree, every day. No surprises at month-end.
- Carton-level receive, issue, and transfer
- Lot and shade traceability
- Godown-wise stock with movement history
- Reorder alerts before you run short
- Reconciles automatically with beam plans
Beam plans that calculate themselves.
No napkin math. No over-ordering. No running short mid-production and scrambling for yarn at 2am.
Tell MobiOffice which design you're running and how much to produce. It calculates exact yarn requirements — warp ends, weft picks, meter-to-kilogram conversions — from the design specs.
- Auto-calculated yarn requirements
- Meter-to-kilogram conversions
- Warp and weft split by yarn type
- Link yarn stock to beams to machines
- Flags when stock is insufficient

Know what to buy. Before you need it.
Stop running shifts on yarn that 'should arrive tomorrow.' Stop over-ordering because you can't see what's already coming. Stop end-of-month surprises about what you owe whom.
MobiOffice cross-references your running orders, beam plans, current stock, and inbound deliveries to show you exactly what to buy and when. Requirements planning that updates itself as your orders change.
- Order-driven yarn forecast
- Stock vs. planned consumption
- Inbound delivery tracking
- Shortfall alerts per yarn type
- Suggested purchase quantities
Know what's running on every loom.
Fewer calls across shifts. Clearer machine allocation. You already know which looms behave differently — MobiOffice makes it measurable.
Assign designs to specific machines or machine groups. Track current status in real time — which loom is running which design, what's the shift output, what's idle.
- Live machine status grid
- Designs assigned per loom
- Machine group planning
- Shift handover visibility
- Downtime tracking

Doffing entered at the loom. Not from a register.
Doffing happens at the loom, but the data sits on a register until end-of-shift. By then, half the day's decisions are already too late. Real-time entry from the floor closes that gap.
Supervisors enter doffing on the MobiOffice mobile app, right at the machine. The owner sees production live — by loom, by shift, by design — without making a single phone call.
- Loom-side mobile app for supervisors
- Per-doff entry with timestamp and operator
- Live owner dashboard, no end-of-shift wait
- Offline-tolerant (syncs when reconnected)
- Per-supervisor accountability
Yarn to dispatch. Every state logged.
You can find any taka at any time without walking the shed. Any yarn carton too. The trail from raw material to customer is unbroken.
MobiOffice tracks the full production lifecycle: Yarn Inward → Beam Production → Weft Issue → Greige Production → Folding → Dispatch. Each state is a voucher you can audit. The ERP understands yarn — types, counts, shades, lots — and tracks inventory at every stage.
- Yarn inward with full type, lot, and shade tracking
- Beam production linked to design specs
- Weft issue with auto consumption (see below)
- Greige production logged per loom, per shift
- Folding with barcode print and taka labelling
- Scan-based dispatch — like a supermarket checkout
Weft stock that tracks itself.
Weft in most designs uses many yarns in small quantities. Tracking each issue manually is a full-time job that nobody does well. Auto consumption solves it.
We worked with the industry to build an auto-consumption system for weft yarn. When greige production is entered, MobiOffice automatically deducts the correct weft quantities from stock — based on the design's yarn recipe, the meters produced, and the actual yarn types issued. No manual entries. Stock stays accurate. Easy to maintain, easy to audit.
- Auto-deducts weft from stock on greige production entry
- Handles multi-yarn weft recipes (many yarns, small quantities)
- Consumption based on design specs, not estimates
- Easy to maintain — update the recipe, consumption follows
- Full audit trail per yarn type, per design
Print at folding. Scan at dispatch. Like a supermarket.
Customer disputes about which takas were dispatched? Gone. Wrong takas going out? Caught at the scan, not at the customer's warehouse.
At folding, every finished taka gets a barcode printed and labelled. At dispatch, takas are scanned out — just like a supermarket checkout. Pick the takas, scan them, the dispatch voucher writes itself. No manual entries, no confusion at the gate, no disputes downstream.
- Barcode printed and labelled at the folding stage
- Scan-based dispatch with handheld or phone camera
- Picking errors caught before the truck leaves
- Auto-generated dispatch vouchers on scan
- Full trail from yarn carton to dispatched taka
