Weaving ERP pricing.
What shapes the cost.

Weaving ERP pricing in India depends on a handful of real inputs — loom count, modules, deployment, training, and support level. Below is what shapes the cost, what's included by default, and how to get a quote on WhatsApp without filling out a form.

WHY THERE'S NO STICKER PRICE

We quote against your unit, not an average.

A 30-loom water-jet unit in Surat and a 150-loom powerloom shed in Bhiwandi will pay very different amounts — different loom counts, different modules, different deployment, different training depth. Publishing one number would either over-quote small units or under-quote large ones.

Instead, we share an honest indicative range on a 5-minute WhatsApp conversation once we know the inputs that actually matter. The detailed proposal follows after a 30-minute discovery call.

WHAT SHAPES THE COST

Six inputs that move the number.

01

Number of looms and shifts

A 30-loom single-shift unit and a 200-loom three-shift operation have different needs. Pricing scales with usage — number of looms, supervisors, and concurrent shifts running on the system.

02

Modules you need

Most units start with production tracking, beam planning, and accounts. Some add quality grading, jobwork billing, dispatch barcoding, or multi-location consolidation. You only pay for what you switch on.

03

Where it runs (your factory or AWS)

Each deployment runs on dedicated application and database servers. You choose where they live. Factory deployments need a small server (often hardware you already have); AWS deployments are billed by AWS directly to you. Hosting is paid by you, not bundled.

04

Master data clean-up and migration depth

If your masters are clean and exportable from Tally or spreadsheets, the migration is fast. If you need historical records reconciled, designs re-mastered, or party ledgers cleaned, the work — and the cost — scales.

05

Training and on-site time

Standard rollout includes 2–3 training sessions per role (supervisors, stores, accounts, owner). Some units want extra on-site help — for the first month of go-live, for example — and that adds to the package.

06

Ongoing support level

WhatsApp-first support during business hours is included. Some units want extended-hours coverage or a named CS lead — those are options that adjust the ongoing fee.

PRICING — COMMON QUESTIONS
How much does weaving ERP software cost in India?
Total cost varies with loom count, modules, deployment choice (factory vs AWS), and training depth. A typical mid-size weaving unit with production, inventory, accounts, and GST modules sits in a defined band — we share the exact range on a 5-minute WhatsApp call once we know your loom count and current setup. We do not publish a sticker price because honest pricing depends on real inputs, not averages.
Do you charge per loom, per user, or per unit?
Pricing scales with your operation — primarily by number of looms and modules, not by individual user seats. Owners, supervisors, accounts staff, and stores teams are all included. We avoid per-seat pricing because it discourages adoption on the floor, which is the entire point.
Is hosting included in the price?
No. Each deployment runs on application and database servers in your factory or on AWS. You pay for that infrastructure directly — your factory hardware or your AWS account. MobiOffice is licensed on top. We help configure and manage the deployment; you keep ownership of the infrastructure and the data.
Are there setup or implementation fees on top of the licence?
Yes. Implementation is a one-time engagement covering AS-IS / GAP / TO-BE, master data clean-up, training, and phased go-live. It is quoted separately because it depends on your data condition and the rollout depth you want. Typical implementation runs 10–12 weeks.
Can I see a quote without committing?
Yes. Send your loom count, loom type, current setup, and rough size on WhatsApp. We share an indicative range within a few hours and a detailed proposal after a 30-minute discovery conversation. No forms, no follow-up emails until you ask for a meeting.
What ongoing fees are there after go-live?
A licence renewal and a support fee. The support fee covers WhatsApp-first response, version updates, and CS access during business hours. AWS or factory hosting costs continue to be paid by you directly. There are no per-transaction or per-invoice charges.
