Pick the takas. Scan them at the gate. Wrong ones caught before the truck moves. Dispatch voucher written by the last scan.
Taka barcode printed at folding
Every finished taka gets a barcode label at the folding stage — before it enters the finished goods godown. Design, weight, length, grade, and order reference are encoded in the barcode.
Scan validates against picking list
Each scan is validated against the customer's picking list in real time. If a taka is scanned that isn't on the list, the system flags it immediately. The wrong taka doesn't go out.
Dispatch voucher auto-generated
When the last taka is scanned and confirmed, the dispatch voucher is generated automatically. Taka list, quantities, customer name, vehicle number — no separate entry required.
Full trail from beam to customer
Every dispatched taka is traceable: which beam, which loom, which shift, which supervisor entered the doffing, which folding entry, which dispatch. The chain from raw yarn to customer is unbroken.
